- Reinforce the number of beats that rhythms and rests receive with this fun Heart Candy-themed game! On each card, students determine the sum of 2 rhythms or rests inside candy hearts, then click on the correct answer. There are a total of 25 cards in one game (plus a title card). The cards are randomized so that students receive a different sequence of cards each time! Includes the following rhythms: -Two beamed eighth notes -Quarter note -Quarter rest -Half note -Half rest* -Dotted half note -Whole note -Whole rest* (for the purpose of this game, whole rest always receives 4 beats)
